Malaysia Business Leaders Visit
▸ 25-28 September 2023
▸ Auckland – Hawke’s Bay – Wellington
Southeast Asia is an increasingly important market for New Zealand, and Malaysia is an attractive and fast-growing option for entry into the region as New Zealand’s 11th largest trading partner. Enhancing networks and promoting connectivity is key to achieving continued New Zealand export success in this area.
Official diplomatic relations between New Zealand and Malaysia were established on 25th September 1957, so to commemorate the 66th anniversary of our bilateral relationship, from the 25th-28th of September, SEA CAPE is hosting a delegation of four prominent business leaders from Malaysia. Across Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, and Wellington, the business leaders are focused on developing relationships with New Zealand exporters and those who want to engage in Malaysian markets. Among other activities, the delegates will connect with the Asia Leaders Network, Auckland Business School, and Malaysian High Commission.
▸Hawke’s Bay, 26 September 2023
In partnership with ExportNZ, SEA CAPE is bringing the expertise to you. Come and join us in Hawke’s Bay on 26th September to meet the delegation, learn about market opportunities in Malaysia, and deepen your connections to the Southeast Asian region!
