The project was born out of a study that identified a need to provide a resource for small and medium tourism operators in Aotearoa New Zealand to improve cultural awareness and preparedness in delivering high quality New Zealand tourism experiences.
The design of the project is led by Professor Neil Carr and Dr Craig Lee from the Department of Tourism, University of Otago, and Dr Wiebke Finkler from the Department of Marketing, University of Otago.
