Latin America, New Zealand, Australia and the Blue Pacific: Opportunities for Strategic Engagement
Join us on Monday, 5 August for the exciting launch of our research into enhanced relations between Oceania and Latin America at the Government Buildings, Lecture Theatre GBLT2 at Victoria University of Wellington, Pipitea Campus.
We’re launching the latest research reports we commissioned:
“Trans-Tasman collaboration to build ties with Latin America”; and “New Zealand, Latin America, and the Blue Pacific”.
Authored by MartinJenkins, and informed by academic, business and government advisers, the reports explore how New Zealand’s ties with Latin America can deepen by connecting them to our nation’s interests with our closest neighbours.
In this launch we will explore the reports’ findings with their author John Capper, a distinguished panel of ambassadors and experts, and other attendees interested in broadening New Zealand’s sense of its place in the world.
Come along and learn more about the importance of New Zealand’s connection with Latin America and how some of the nations closest to us can help strengthen that connection.
